At Create Connections Australia, we offer a trusted brokerage model that connects qualified, independent support workers with NDIS participants. Under this agreement, we facilitate the connection and coordination, while the support workers deliver the services directly to participants.
All support workers engaged under our brokerage model:
- Hold relevant qualifications and experience
- Operate with their own Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Maintain current Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Meet all compliance and safety requirements
This flexible model allows participants to access consistent, quality support, while ensuring support workers retain autonomy over their work. Our role is to ensure the match is right, the process is smooth, and everyone is supported every step of the way.
