This approach creates transparency, flexibility, and control. Support recipients know exactly who is providing their care, while Support Workers have the freedom to manage their work independently.

 Our model also empowers sole traders to run their own business through our platform, while having CCA to support them to remain compliant with the right checks and insurances, ensuring they can deliver safe, high-quality support with confidence.
